Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Archon, an enterprise orchestration and governance control plane. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Archon provides software for planning, governing, and orchestrating work and infrastructure workflows. Archon is BYOI: you connect your own cloud, runners, and SaaS accounts. Archon does not host your production workloads unless you separately arrange that.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API tokens, and MFA devices
- Workspace admins control membership, connections, and destructive actions
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse the service (including OTP/email flooding or scraping)
- Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data
- Use Archon to violate law, third-party terms, or others' rights
- Reverse engineer or resell the proprietary control plane
4. Customer data & integrations
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Archon a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service. When you connect third-party services, you authorize Archon to access them using the permissions you grant, subject to those providers' terms.
5. Confidentiality & security
Each party will protect the other's confidential information. Security features (RBAC, audit, OTP confirms) are provided as tools; you remain responsible for configuring them appropriately for your risk profile.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Archon and terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the service or other customers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference.
